I beleive I have the required traits to be a very effective staff memeber and I want to become a memeber of the staff as you are in need of help to kickstart the community again. What can you bring to SG:I bring a very strong background of being a staff/gamemaker and know my way around ULX and RP. I think that if I become a staff memeber I can have a big impact on not only the overall roleplay of the server but also the efficiency of the staff. I was a head gamemaker on a Clonewars RP server named TCG that had around 80 players a day on it and was a very prominent memeber of their team. I also bring a staff member that is from New Zealand so I can be on at various times, this means their is a staff on at all times. Do you know how to use ULX:Yes. Do you know how to use Fadmin:Yes. Someone Threats to DDOS the server what do you do: First I would try and discuss the reasoning and find out why he was threatening to DDOS the server as a distraction whilst I private messaged a higher up admin or Sav to discuss about this certain persons potential at actually DDOSing the server. If he was a serious threat an IP ban or ban in general would be followed up (By a higher ranking staff memeber) and if the suspect was not eligable to DDOS the server then ask him if he intended to roleplay, if he didnt then a kick would occur stating (return when you are ready to RP). Someone Mass RDM What do you do: I would jail the person that Mass RDMed if it was in a briefing, and if it was obviously just a mass RDM ban them for 3 days, or a certain period of time,(this would be done by a higher ranking staff memeber), then return all of the people that were killed to the location they were killed in so they could resume RP. If it was an accidental or under 3 people RDM then I would obviously warn them or kick them and state the reasoning as RDM, if they persisted and continued to minge even after the kick, a ban would be implemented. Other Information:Just wanting to help the community again, and earlier today their wasnt any staff to whitelist anyone at all, so i beleive some more staff is needed.
